Services

One-on-One Sessions
An opportunity to work on personal goals, look inward, and experience healing and growth.
Session length, frequency, and duration are based on your goals, progress, and what feels best for you.

45-minutes: $95

90-minutes: $175
*Sessions with a practicum student are also available at a reduced cost. See section at bottom of page for details.
*Pay-what-you-can available for up to 6 sessions. Limited availability, so may not always be available and is meant for those who have limited income.

Caregiver-Child Sessions
An opportunity to explore and strengthen the relationship between a child and their primary caregiver.

Art activities are intentionally used to:

bring awareness to different relationship dynamics

provide opportunities to work through challenges together

strengthen the relationship

These session include a 10-minute follow-up phone call with the caregiver(s) between sessions to discuss the observations of the session and suggestions for the next session.

30-minutes: $75 (young children)

60-minutes: $150

90-minutes: $225

Family Sessions
An opportunity for families of and configuration to explore dynamics, work through challenges together, and have intentional time to play and create together.

Art activities are intentionally used to:

bring awareness to different relationship dynamics among all family members

provide opportunities to work through challenges together

strengthen the relationships among family members
-

These session include a 10-minute follow-up phone call with the caregiver(s) between sessions to discuss the observations of the session and suggestions for the next session.

Groups
Available for:

Children ages 6-8

Children ages 9-12

Teens ages 13-17

Adults

Art therapy groups are held with a therapeutic approach by a Registered Canadian Art Therapist. These groups are considered non-clinical, meaning that the intention is to provide opportunities to use art to improve overall wellbeing, rather than treating a specific issue.

Art activities that:

encourage creative expression

expression and understanding of emotions

improve self-esteem and overall wellbeing
-
are opportunities to try new materials and ways to make art
-
Choice in what materials you use for art and how you choose to engage in the creative process

Children/Teens (8 x 1.5 hrs): $300

Adults (6 x 2hrs): $250
*One Pay-what-you-can spot is available for each group, based on first-come-first-serve availability. Contact to inquire.

Drop-in Times at the Studio

Less structured than a therapy group, but same expectations for conduct and interactions are upheld

There will be a suggested craft/activity each session, but free creative expression is also allowed and encouraged

You can attend one or multiple

Open to anyone in community, but please let me know ahead of time if you will be attending and if you require any additional considerations or supports
Cost:

$25 per session
Registration is not required, but space is limited, so you can register to reserve your spot ahead of time if you would like.

Workshops
A variety of workshops are offered through the year. Workshops are open to anyone who fits in the age group.
